The cottage is set back from the road on a private estate of houses,it's full of charm and a few minutes walk to the local pub. Watch out for the quirky stairs, exposed beams, wonky floors and relax with the inglenook fireplace for a cosy night in. It is the perfect quiet Cotswolds idyll to really live and feel like a local.

Located on the slopes of the Upper Windrush valley, this pretty hamlet is often driven through on the B4077 going from Tewkesbury to Stow-on-the-Wold. The quaint Cotswold stone cottages and inn make for a pretty picture in this beautiful part of The Cotswolds.

The area offers fantastic walking opportunities up the valley to Cutsdean and Taddington which is the source of the River Windrush or down to the village of Temple Guiting.

For horse racing enthusiasts the wider area is well known for racing stables, with the famous trainer Jonjo O’Neill’s Jackdaws Castle located in the hamlet.

The Plough at Ford is a popular 16th-century inn renowned for its excellent local food and Donnington ales. This quaint inn is a favoured haunt of jockeys and trainers and has a real welcoming atmosphere and is pet friendly. It won the Best Pub in the Cotswold Life food and drink awards too and boasts a large beer garden for a lazy beer or two in the Summer sunshine.
